Ann has more than 20 years of experience investing in and leading healthcare companies. She’s responsible for the quality, client retention, growth, and financial performance of WebMD Provider Services.
Ann previously served as CEO of MDeverywhere, a market-leading healthcare SAAS technology and revenue cycle company, and as a board member and general partner of Advent International, a top private equity firm.
Ann earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Kansas.
Vice President, Sales & Strategy
Jeremiah leads the clinical solutions sales organization that’s focused on expanding our patient education, engagement, and adherence solutions—including Krames On FHIR® and Krames On-Demand®—into new health systems, hospitals, and other healthcare provider organizations.
Previously, he served in a variety of sales leadership roles with prominent healthcare technology organizations including SONIFI Health, Netsmart Technologies, and Allscripts, where he successfully leveraged technology solutions and strategic partnerships to advance patient engagement and improve care, communication, and outcomes along the health journey.
He holds an MBA from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Vice President, Health Systems
Dorrit is a nationally recognized marketing and sales executive with more than a decade of experience in designing and executing consumer and physician-focused brand strategies—with an eye toward effectively measuring conversion rates, demonstrating return on investment and growing market share. At WebMD Provider Services, she leads a team of industry experts who are focused on supporting the marketing goals of health systems, hospitals, and other health care provider organizations—through WebMD and Medscape patient acquisition, patient engagement, content marketing, digital media and healthcare brand solutions.
Previously, she served in a variety of marketing leadership roles at St. Luke's University Health Network, where she successfully leveraged emerging digital technologies to advance patient acquisition and engagement efforts.
She holds an MBA from Moravian College and a bachelor’s degree from Albright College.
Senior Vice President, WebMD and General Manager for Krames
Simon's depth of experience includes developing data-driven products, driving consumer engagement and action, building value-based client relationships, delivering profitable growth through new and existing revenue streams, and planning and delivering successful M&A and integrations.
Previously, he served as president of Tea Leaves Health, the provider division of Welltok, Inc. He has also held progressive leadership roles with Experian's consumer insights business and its Hitwise digital measurement solution. Additionally, he spent 14 years in sales, product, and operations leadership with the Dow Jones/Reuters/Factiva group of companies.
Simon holds a bachelor's degree in genetics from Swansea University and a postgraduate certificate in management studies from the University of West London.
Vice President, Partnerships and Business Development
JB has over a decade of experience working in healthcare and SaaS from startups to Fortune 100 companies. He is responsible for the new partnership development and acquisition integration for WebMD Provider Services.
Prior to WebMD, JB led partnerships and new market development for CipherHealth. JB graduated with a BA from UNC-Chapel Hill and masters from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
Vice President, Technology & Product
Nate, part of the WebMD team since 2018, leads product management for WebMD's Provider Services business unit.
Previously, he was part of the Health Services unit, where he led the build out of industry-leading platforms to help patients and health insurance plan members take control of their health every single day.
Currently, Nate's focus is on expanding Krames' patient education reach beyond the point of care and into their everyday lives, as well as reinforcing Krames on FHIR's best in breed integration into EHR workflows to improve clinician experience and IT efficiency.
